The San Maurizio Community was born from the private volunteering experience of the Molari family; experience carried out through their work as artisans and aimed at marginalized people. In October 1985, the Molari family was formed as a voluntary association.
In April 1986, this Association was registered in the Territorial Register of Private Entities and it’s from this moment that it begins to take shape as a Community. Registration in the regional register of non-profit operating auxiliary bodies took place in 1990.
San Maurizio has successfully obtained the Ethicjobs Certificate of Excellent Workplace.
Its employees have completed a questionnaire with the aim of bringing out their sincere thinking and feedback about every aspect of the work in the company.
The aim of the Ethicjobs report is to highlight what is perceived by employees in the workplace; revealing the greatest strengths and weaknesses on which to intervene, increasing business performance and providing the tools to improve socially and economically.
